About the Subject:

Prasutitantra Avum Striroga is an important clinical department in ayurved hospital. It involves ayurvedic concepts of Prasutitantra and Striroga as well as modern concepts of obstetrics and gynaecology. Streeroga and prasuti tantra having study the management of diseases manifesting specially in women in every stage of life.The complete care of woman health with an integrative approach is taken Our hospital having panchkarma unit and clinical facilities to give a specialized Ayurvedic treatments for female patients.
Truly specialized and successful Ayurvedic management given for chronic conditions which are very difficult to treat by modern medical science like infertility, habitual abortion , pre-cancerous lesions of the uterine cervix, adolescent gynecological problems,etc
Well planed antenatal care (A.N.C.) like Garbhini paricharya, Garbhasanskara are given to promote good progeny and for normal and uncomplicated delivery. Well equipped labour room, operation theatre with ICU backup.
To promote research in the department, new areas are identified where there is scope to treat the patients through Ayurvedic treatment.

Activities:

1. We are conducting Departmental Seminars every week for students.
2. Our enthusiastic Faculty members and various students are participating actively in various National and International Conferences, Seminars, Workshops.
3. We are conducting free ANC health camps.
