About the Subject:
Agadatantra deals with study of basic knowledge of various drug in detail & their treatment along with health hazards Vyvahar Ayurved Vidhi Vaidyaka is an important one in medical practice particularly to deal accidental, poisonous & medico legal cases . There are many new Pesticides , insecticide preparation in uses. These preparation are highly poisonous & the accidental suicidal consumption is fatal . To know the basics of management of such cases is necessary for medical student.
About The Department:
Departmental is well established including departmental library with classical & Contemporary book related to the subjects , well equipped museum with Several Specimen Of Poisons, weapons .Museum is play includes , pictorial depiction of various aspects of Forensic medicine& Toxicology (poisonous specimens& there antidote ) in form of charts. Museum also displays various types of weapon & models of Forensic medicine .
